Where it all began
Videos
In 2016, Heather was trying to carve a niche for herself in the Blog space, until she discovered video creation. She quickly fell in love with telling her story and sharing her experiences with other runners and athletes who live in the middle to the back of the pack. With over 500 videos and 5 years on YouTube, she continues to share her knowledge.
Coach and Athlete
Podcast
Coach Heather and her Client Athlete Jen talk about all things running during a weekly podcast. They found each other through the RunDisney Community, where they became fast friends. As they grew to know one another, they began working together as Coach and Athlete, then as hosts of the Runners Without Limits Podcast (formerly Go Find Your Awesome).

It is more than just running
Articles
Running seems like a simple sport: put shoes on and go. There is so much more to it, like the iceberg under the surface of the water. “Running is one of the best things that has ever happened to me.”
My Journey
I am an “Adult-Onset” runner.
What started as the last and my least favorite leg of triathlon evolved into a part of my daily routine that I almost can’t imagine living without. As a lifelong swimmer, I didn’t enjoy running while in Physical Education or during youth sports. It was viewed as “punishment.” Across the years and a lot of life experience, running found me -- adopted me into this tribe. I discovered the community of runners I didn’t know existed. What I thought was reserved for the super fast gazelles with no body fat, I realized that runners can look like anyone...a runner can look like, well, Me. Join me on my Running Journey.
