In her fourth running of this race, Heather shares details of what has been dubbed America’s Best 10K by Runner’s World. Set in Boulder, CO, this race has over 50,000 participants and 100,000 spectators, leading to some great stories about costumes, course support and a few hills and turns along the way.

Meredith’s first marathon was epic. She did everything all out, and she has made some huge memories. Listening to her retell her story is so inspiring and you can hear the joy in her voice. While not all went perfectly for everyone on this race day, Meredith flew away from the London Marathon overwhelmed with gratitude for her family and friends supporting her.

Go Find Your Awesome Podcast Episode 2: Proof of Time

In today’s podcast we dive into proof of time. What is a proof of time (POT), what qualifies for a POT and what do you need to run in order to get a POT?

runDisney requires you to submit a proof of time if you plan to run a half marathon in 2:45 or less or a marathon in 5:30 or less. For a half marathon you can submit a 10K, 12K, 15K, 10 Miler, Half Marathon or full marathon. For a full marathon you can submit a 10 miler, half marathon or full marathon. Results must be posted online. Relays, trial runs, self-timed runs and virtual runs are not accepted.
