Welcome to Running with Grace! I’m Heather “Grace” and I’m here to inspire you and encourage you to go find your awesome on your own running and fitness journey.

I’m just a regular, middle of the pack runner, fighting off her 40s with a really big stick, and trying to find balance with my fitness and everything else in my life. Yeah. Still looking.

What is gofindyourawesome.com? Well, it’s like everything else here at Running with Grace — a philosophy. Like “Happy Running” and “Get Out There,” I like to think of us as awesome people with the potential to release a hurricane of awesomeness on the universe. We all have it. Some of us take longer to figure out what that is, but we do indeed have it. I would love to come with you on your journey. Maybe you need encouragement, or maybe you need direction. Let me know how I can help.

Where can you find me? Obviously, you found me here. Perfect! But that is only PART of the picture! Most of my time and energy can be found on YouTube, where I share my running tips and tricks, explaining some of the lessons I’ve learned along the way, as well as regular updates (from my couch with a cup of coffee) about my personal running and training journey.

So if I already have the YouTube channel, why do I need the blog? Hey, let’s face it. With a blog, I can share thoughts and encouragement pretty much anytime without having to put on makeup. You know, I’m just being real here…I mean that’s a lot of work some days. Actually there is another reason. I like to keep the videos short, so I may not have time to share EVERYTHING about a topic. I have a VERY short attention span, and I know you are busy people, so the blog is here to supplement the videos with more information, resources, and encouragement!

Today is the launch day! August 1st is not only the first day of gofindyourawesome.com, but I’m also participating in VLOG EVERY DAY in AUGUST! I’ll be posting a new video every day for this month, so head over to YouTube to subscribe! VEDA videos will look generally follow these topics:
